He shows from the Greek text and an amazing personal testimony that these gifts, including prophecy, are given out of God's goodness and grace and say nothing of the persons maturity or holiness.

"Those who have this gift can prophesy at will" is the second misconception that Eddie addresses. He shows that these "gifts" reside in the Holy Spirit, not the person, and it is the Holy Spirit who decides when and where these gifts, including prophecy, will be manifest.

"A gift for predicting the future" is the first misconception that Eddie deals with in this series.
